Doug Ricket founded PayJoy in 2015. He holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree from MIT and an MBA from Stanford.

Nick Zakrasek

President, Product Development
Nick Zakrasek oversees all product & engineering efforts. He holds an MBA from Stanford and bachelor’s degrees from Brown University.

Amy Pardee

General Counsel
Amy Pardee oversees global Legal and Compliance functions. She holds B.A.s from Stanford and a J.D. from Harvard.

Bill Yialamas

Chief Financial Officer
Bill is responsible for all financial teams and functions at PayJoy, previously holding roles in investment banks.

Brad Pennington

Brad leads Risk, Data Science, Fraud and Asset Valuation. He obtained his B.S. from the Wharton School.
